Save Metrics as a New Service Level Template in Contract Templates

Metrics in one contract template can be used to create a new Service Level Template.

Creating a new Service Level Template using metrics from an existing contract template is performed from the Contract Template Details page All Metrics tab.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Contract Templates page, click next to the contract template whose metrics you want to use.

   The Contract Template Details page All Metrics tab opens.

2. Select the check box next to the metrics you want to use and click Save as Service Level Template.

   A Service Level Template Details page opens.

3. Modify parameters in all tabs as necessary. For more information, see Creating a Service Level Template from Scratch.
