List-Type Parameters
List parameters are mainly used in service level templates. For example, for ticket severities using list parameters you can define in advance which values are used for the service level template.
To define a list parameter:
- In the Parameter Structure Editor page, select List in the Type drop-down list.
- In Values, click Add. The Parameter dialog box opens.
- Type the value and click OK.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each value you want to add.
Note: To remove a value, select it in the Values field and click Remove.
- In Default Value, select a value from the drop-down list to be set as default.
- Click OK. The list values are defined, a value is set as default and the Parameters tab is updated with the new parameter.
