Move a Template Folder to another Template Library

You can move a Template Folder to another Template Library.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the Template Library page, on the left pane, click on the desired Template Folder.
  2. On the toolbar, click Service Portfolio Management_move to button.

    The Select Destination window opens.

  3. Select a Template Library and click OK.

    The Template Folder and all its entities are moved to the selected Template Library.

Note: Any security settings for entities under a Template Folder that is moved are reset to the security settings of the Template Library they are moved to.

To move several Template Folders to another Template Library

  1. In the Template Library page, on the left pane, click on the desired Template Library.
  2. On the right pane, select the check boxes next to the Template Folders you want to move.
  3. Click Move to.

    The Select Destination window opens.

  4. Select a Template Library and click OK.

    The Template Folders and all their entities are moved to the selected Template Library.

Note: Any security settings for entities under a Template Folder that is moved are reset to the security settings of the Template Library they are moved to.
