Template Libraries are managed through the Template Library page. The page is presented in a tree-type view that resembles the Windows Explorer view.
The page is divided into two panes. The left pane displays a tree view of the portfolio structure. The right pane displays a view of the contents of the element selected on the left pane.
The Template Library is comprised of four entities:
The main entity under which all other entities reside. In comparison to Windows Explorer, this would be the folder.
An intermediate entity that can be used to further organize the portfolio. In comparison to Windows Explorer, this would be a sub-folder. This entity can exist under the Template Library entity only.
An entity that is a predefined set of services and metrics, used to facilitate the creation and modification of contracts according to common business processes. This entity can exist under the Template Library or Template Folder entities.
An entity that is a predefined contract used to create a new contract. This entity can exist under the Template Library or Template Folder entities.
