You can drill down in a cluster group report to view the cluster items in each cluster group.

In addition, when drilling into Penalty reports, you can change the penalty settings displayed in the report.

When working with reports that do not include business data, you can drill down and receive detailed information even for intervals that are smaller than the defined tracking period. This drilling ability is determined by the calculation granularity defined when defining metrics for a contract. You can view the relationship between metrics to see how a metric has impacted another one. For more information, see Adding a Metric.

Note: When working with business reports, drilling down to a time interval that is smaller than the defined tracking period may produce an empty report.

  1. In the Report Results page, point to the chart element that you want to drill into and right-click.

The drilling options menu for that selection opens.

For example, you may want to drill into a bar that is in violation of the contract to determine the source of the violation.

Note: Right-clicking in an open area of the report displays a pop-up menu with drilling up options.

Right-clicking on a bar displays the drilling options for the metric.

  2. From the pop-up menu, select the required drilling or change option.

    A new report opens.

Note: Click on a bar to drill down automatically to the next level in the dimension. For example, you can drill down from months to days, or from contract party groups to contract parties.
