Metric-level parameters can be defined as static or dynamic parameters.
A static parameter is a standard parameter defined solely within the scope of the metric.
A dynamic parameter is a parameter that is defined in the metric but references a contract-level parameter.
A dynamic parameter can reference any type of contract-level parameter, including a specific cell within a table. The type and value of the referencing parameter is that of the referenced one.
