Add Your Service to Cloud Commons

When you begin to share comparison data on Cloud Commons, you may not find a match for your service. You can search Cloud Commons for an alternative match, or request that your categorization be added to Cloud Commons.

Follow these steps:

1. Work with the procedure to share comparison data on Cloud Commons.
2. If a match is not found, a new window opens that lets you browse the Cloud Commons Service List for a match. If you cannot find a match, submit your service for inclusion in Cloud Commons using the following steps.
3. Click the Add Service icon to open a new window where you can work with the following options:

   Create an alias service name

   Specify the service name you want to submit

   Select a service category and capabilities

   Work with the list of service categories and capabilities to select the ones that match your service name.

   Provide a description of the service

   Enter additional descriptive information to clarify the reason for your submission.

4. Click the Submit to SMI Global Database button.

   Your request is submitted and you will receive an email confirmation.
