Update Service Offering Configuration

The following configuration changes enforce and support the design of the virtual desktop automation content. Set all the following properties to the values as indicated:

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Service Builder, Configuration, Request Management Configuration.

    The Property section appears.

  2. Click Modify against Allow Only One Service per Request property. Click Allow Only One Service per Request check box and click Update Configuration.
  3. Click Modify against Browse Catalog: Show Folder Icon, Click Browse Catalog: Show Folder Icon check box and click Update Configuration.
  4. Click Modify against Allow Discrete Handling of Service Options After, select the value to Submitted and click Update Configuration.

    An error message appears.

  5. Ignore the error message, click OK to continue.
  6. Click Modify for property Access Control: Show Amount Column, click Catalog User from the Available list and click the single right arrow.

    Catalog User appears in the Selected list.

  7. Click Update Configuration.

    The service offering configuration is updated. You can log off from the service portal.
