CA Process Automation lets you configure the module properties to add VMware accounts at the domain level or at the lower levels. The vSphere Connector is comprised of a vSphere Module that provides an interface for the vCenter Server to access CA Process Automation.
Follow these steps:
The module settings are displayed.
Defines the vCenter server administrator user name.
Defines the password that is associated to the user name.
Defines the URL for the vCenter server.
If you frequently connect to multiple vSphere servers with different credentials, it can be beneficial to create named connections that you can save and use again. Use this field to provide an array of user name, password and URL sets that the name refers as needed.
A new row appears.
Defines the vCenter server administrator user name.
Defines the password that is associated to the user name.
Defines the URL for the vCenter server.
Defines the name of the vCenter server connection.
The connector is now configured. When the quick starts and operators are imported and configured, the service-specific workflows are automated.
