Configure ASC Log Utility

You can get the logs of different application using the ASC log utility. You must configure the CA Process Automation, CA SLCM Configuration, CA Spectrum Reservation Manager Configuration forms to get respective logs. See Configure CA Service Catalog Credentials to configure application details.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CA Service Catalog.
  2. Click Catalog, Configuration, Content Configuration.
  3. Click ASC Log Utility.

    The ASC Log Utility page appears.

  4. Select a product from the Select Product field. Select Default to configure any other application and provide the application details.
  5. Complete the required form fields.

    Additional form fields populate.

  6. Modify the populated fields as required.
  7. Click Send Logs.

    You get the application log based on your selection.
