Configure Email Notifications in CA Service Catalog
You can get notifications from CA Service Catalog on the status of a reservation request.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to CA Service Catalog as an administrator.
- Click Administration, Events-Rules-Actions.
- Select the Request Pending Action Change Event Type.
- Select the required Rule from the Rule List.
A form opens.
- Change the rule details as required.
- Click Done.
- Repeat steps 4 to 6 to configure more notifications.
You have configured the email notifications.
