Configure Email Notifications in CA Service Catalog

You can get notifications from CA Service Catalog on the status of a reservation request.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CA Service Catalog as an administrator.
  2. Click Administration, Events-Rules-Actions.
  3. Select the Request Pending Action Change Event Type.
  4. Select the required Rule from the Rule List.

    A form opens.

  5. Change the rule details as required.
  6. Click Done.
  7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 to configure more notifications.

    You have configured the email notifications.
