Update CA Service Catalog Content

Perform the following steps to upgrade CA Service Catalog content.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to CA Service Catalog as an Administrator.
  2. Click Administration, Configuration.
  3. Click CA Process Automation.

  4. Click Load in the upper right corner.

  5. Complete the following settings:
  6. Click Load.

    Load OK

  7. Click OK.

    Load Success Message

  8. Click OK, when the content has successfully loaded.
  9. Click Configure in the upper right corner.

    Config Success

  10. Click OK.

    You have successfully updated the required content.
