Reason:
An attempt was made to start or restart the CA Automation Point PPQs that are already running. Or, all client programs have not been restarted.
Action:
Issue the PPQ TRANSTATUS command to verify that the CA Automation Point PPQs are already running. See the Command and Keyword Reference Guide for more information. If the CA Automation Point PPQs are not operational, close and restart any programs that are using the CA Automation Point PPQs, then restart the CA Automation Point PPQs.
