Generating a Case Management Report
Important! Only GAs, OAs, and Fraud Analysts (FAs) can generate this report for the organizations that are in their scope. The MA, UAs, and CSRs cannot generate this report.
To generate a Case Management report:
- Ensure that you are logged in with proper credentials. See the table in Generating Case Management Reports for a summary of the case roles who can generate the corresponding reports.
- Activate the Case Management tab in the main menu.
- Under the Case Management section, click the required link:
- Case Activity Report
- Average Case Life Report
- Select the required organization for which you want to generate this report from the Organization Name list.
- Depending on the report, additionally you might have to specify the following criteria, as applicable, to view the report:
- The Date Range from the drop-down list.
or
- A pre-defined date range in the From and To fields.
- Click Display Report to view the generated report.
The required report appears.
- Click Export to save the report to a file or click New Report to generate a new report by specifying different criteria.
