disable Command (Server Management)--Disable a Server
Disable a server for scheduling
Syntax
server disable ( <name> | --all ) [--maintenance]
Options
- <name>

Name of server to disable
- --all
-
Disable all servers
- --maintenance
-
Disable the server and place it into maintenance mode
Examples
server disable srv2
Disable server 'srv2'
server disable --all
Disable all servers
Notes:
- This command does not affect the operation of appliances and volumes already on the server; only prevents the placement of new appliances and volumes on that server
- The disabled status of a server is preserved across grid and server reboots.
- Only grid maintainers may place a server into maintenance mode.
