Summary of Per-grid Configurable Parameters and When Changes Take Effect

The following parameters provide a summary of each per-grid parameter and when the changes take effect.

SC_primary_memory,SC_max_memory,SC_online_memory,GC_primary_memory, GC_max_memory, GC_online_memory

This parameter takes effect upon restarting the grid.

account_id, account_key, ext_dns1, ext_dns2, ext_dns3, ext_gateway, ext_network, ipbase, new_grid, new_controller_ip, new_controller_name, and recovery_passwor

These parameters take effect after a reboot.

ips

This parameter takes effect upon restarting the application.

desc_write_enabled

This parameter takes effect upon closing and reopening the Web GUI Application Editor page.

app_dns1, app_dns2, and app_dns3

These parameters take effect upon reloading the Dashboard GUI page.

All others

All other parameters take effect immediately.
