Windows APK
The Windows appliances can be fully managed through the inclusion of the Windows APK msi, which is installed by the Windows exe installers included with CA AppLogic.

- windows_apk-ver.msi - the appliance kit
Compatibility
The windows_apk-ver.msi versions are compatible with all supported Windows versions.
To install the APK you need the following:
- An existing appliance based on Windows
- A vanilla installation of the OS in a Xen HVM environment
- (Optional) Para-Virtual (PV) device drivers that are third-party drivers that are not released with the APK. These drivers require a separate license. The APK has been tested with the Halsign TurboGate drivers v3.0.1.
Note: To install Windows, verify the ISO images for the OS installation.
