To change the replica location, run the /opt/bfc/bin/stop_replication script (as bfcadmin). You can then go back to the UI and set up the new replica directory and hit save. That will kick replication back on and populate that new directory within a couple of minutes.
Example:
su - bfcadmin /opt/bfc/bin/stop_replication exit
Verify you have a new directory owned by bfcadmin:bfc
Edit the replica location via the BFC UI.
