BFC: Troubleshooting Hotfix Not Displaying

In some cases, the Hotfix is not displayed or downloaded in BFC. Here are some possible ways and workarounds to resolve the problem.

Make sure the download key is configured in BFC. This is required to contact the Download Server.
Make sure the download directory is not mounted read-only, This is required to actually download anything.
Make sure the trailing "/" is removed from the Download Directory.
