Customer reporting seeing the following message:
"Internal condition 'Filer Status' occured. This condition should not effect the operation of your grid. Please notify support that this condition occured and reference SCR2301."
The customer notified support.
The issue is that sometimes the filer process loses contact with the rest of AppLogic, thereby causing the error to appear. The condition is transient and does not seem to impact the success of the filer or the volume it's creating. It quickly reconnects. The message is benign and will cause no harm.
The issue was first reported in AppLogic 2.3.4 and is still tagged as "new" in bug tracking.
