System_ms Catalog

CA AppLogic® provides tools that assist in creating your Windows appliances. In addition, you can use appliances with similar functionality, generic appliances, or appliances provided by your service provider.

The boot volumes of these appliances have a limited amount of free disk space. If you resize a boot volume to be smaller, the appliance may fail to boot.

The Windows Server 2003 based appliances supplied with CA AppLogic® have the following optional Windows components installed. You can un-install the optional components, as needed.

Application Server -- ASP.NET and IIS (installed by default on WIN03W)
E-mail Services (POP3 SMTP)l
Management and Monitoring Tools
Networking Services
Security Config Wizard
Windows Deployment Services - not installed on WIN03W
Windows Media Services - not installed on WIN03W
