BFC UI Login Issue
This document is created as a result of an issue wherein the customer was trying to open BFC UI and was getting error: "Call to 'close' with args ['connect failed '] failed".
Suggestion from the team to the customer was that this error indicates a failure to connect to ldap database and to fix it restart ldpa service by running: "service ldap restart".
Customer found out that LDAP service was not running, so he started it. After that when logging in to BFC UI customer said that user/password credentials were rejected, so he restarted BFC.
After that customer can login to BFC UI.
