Instance Context Menu
The following operations are available from the context menu by right-clicking an appliance.
Grayed options indicate that you do not have sufficient privileges to perform the command or the command is inapplicable in the current application state.
- Appliance Configuration Operations

- Attributes — View or configure the appliance attributes. Opens the Attributes Tab of the Instance Settings Property Sheet.
- Resources — View or configure the appliance resources. Opens the Resources Tab of the Instance Settings Property Sheet.
- User Volumes — View or configure the appliance user volumes. Opens the User Volumes Tab of the Instance Settings Property Sheet.
- Property Values — View or configure the appliance property values. Opens the Property Values Tab of the Instance Settings Property Sheet.
- Notes — View or edit appliance instance notes. Opens the Notes Tab of the Instance Settings Property Sheet.
- Appliance Access Operations

- Login — Logs in to the selected appliance. If the appliance is an assembly, logs into the default console of that appliance.
- Appliance Class Operations

- Branch Class — Branches the selected class, creating a singleton appliance. This item is shown if the selected instance is not a singleton class.
- View Interior — Displays the interior of the selected class assembly. This item is shown if the selected instance is a catalog appliance
- View Boundary — Displays the boundary definition of the class. This item is shown if the selected instance is a catalog appliance
- Modify Interior — Edits the interior of the selected singleton class assembly.
- Modify Boundary — Edits the class boundary definition of the class.
- Class Documentation — Displays class documentation for the selected appliance, if a Documentation URL is configured on the appliance.
- Start — Starts the appliance.
- Stop — Stops the appliance.
- Restart — Restarts the appliance.
