Edit Epic Properties

You can modify all properties of an epic except the product.

To edit epic properties

  1. Select Epic from the Planning menu.

    The Epic list page appears.

  2. Click Edit next for the epic you want to edit.

    The Epic Edit page appears.

  3. Modify the following fields:
    Title

    Defines the name of the epic.

    Points

    Defines the number of points estimated to complete the epic. Point values must be expressed as integers. Decimals are not allowed.

    Status

    Defines the status of the epic.

    Values: Planned, In Progress, Completed, Closed

    Priority

    Defines the priority assigned to the epic.

    Assignee

    Defines the team member who owns the epic.

    Product

    Displays the product name associated with the epic.

    Team

    Defines the scrum team assigned to complete the epic.

    Theme

    Defines the theme associated with the epic.

    Description

    Defines the purpose of the epic and provides other relevant information.

  4. Save your changes.
