You can delete an epic if you are a member of the product that it is a part of. You delete an epic on the Epic Detail page. When an epic is deleted, the child user stories are not deleted. Deleting an epic has no effect on burndown charts.
You can delete multiple epics from the Epics list page by holding down the Ctrl key and selecting the epics. The selected epics are shown as highlighted.
