Create an Issue

Create issues in CA Agile Vision to track the work associated with defects.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to salesforce.com.
2. Go to the Agile Vision menu and select Backlog from the Planning menu.
3. Select a product name from the Product list.
4. Click New Issue.

   The New Issue pop-up dialog appears.

5. Complete the appropriate fields. The following fields require explanation:

   Points

   Defines the number of points estimated to resolve the issue. Point values must be expressed as integers. Decimals are not allowed.

   Severity

   Specifies the impact of the issue in relation to the product.

   Values

   • S1
   • S2
   • S3
   • S4

   Default: S1

6. Click Save and Close to create the issue and return to the Backlog page.
