You can create issues in CA Agile Vision and link to them from user stories.
If CA Agile Vision is configured to integrate with JIRA then you can create issues in JIRA and can manage them in CA Agile Vision. The issues synchronize between JIRA and CA Agile Vision.

Points assigned to issues affect the burndown charts when they have tasks worklogs.
Once a product has been associated with a master release, the master release can be assigned to an issue.
