You can edit all attributes of an issue except the product associated with the issue. You can delete an issue even if it is synchronized with JIRA. Deleting the issue in CA Agile Vision also deletes it from JIRA.
You can edit an issue from either the Backlog page, or from a user story to which the issue is linked.
Follow these steps:
The Issue Edit page appears.
Defines the issue title.
Defines the number of points estimated to resolve the issue. Point values are expressed as integers. Decimals are not allowed.
Defines the status of the issue.
Specifies the importance of the issue in relation to the product.
Specifies the severity of the issue in relation to the product.
Defines the assignee for the issue. The assignee must be a project team member.
Defines the description for the issue.
Defines the steps to reproduce the issue in CA Agile Vision.
Defines the result expected by the user after performing the given steps to reproduce the issue.
Defines the result the user actually sees after performing the given steps to reproduce the issue.
Defines the workaround for this issue.
Defines the release affected by this issue. The available releases are based on the product associated with the issue.
Defines the release in which this issue will be fixed. The available releases are based on the product associated with the issue.
Defines the sprint in which this issue will be fixed. The available sprints are based on the selected fix release.
Defines the team assigned to the issue. The available scrum teams are based on the project associated with the issue.
Defines the themes associated with the issue. If the issue is linked to a user story, then the theme is the same as the one assigned to the user story.
