Old Server instances of CA Strong Authentication,CA Risk Authentication and Case Management are appearing in Instance Management on upgrade to New Server

Symptom:

The old server instances of CA Strong Authentication,CA Risk Authentication and Case Management are appearing in New Server Instance Management after Upgrade to 8.0.

Solution:

Delete the entries corresponding to old server machine from the following tables, to avoid old server instances getting listed in the new server Instance Management:
