File Namespace

Use this list to choose the namespace within which the new file name is to be selected.

File Name

Specify the full path of the file to be added. The file may or may not be part of a group, depending upon whether a group or the New Non-Group File icon was selected in the File List before clicking the New File button.

Instead of specifying a single file to add, you can use wildcards (such as ?, *, or *.* in the DOS namespace) to include some or all files in a directory (note that this does not cause subdirectories to be included). Thus to add the whole of directory ACCOUNTS, you would specify C:\ACCOUNTS\* (for Windows).

Browse Button

Click to open the Add Files and Directories dialog. This dialog enables you to browse current files or directories, or to add new files or directories.
