This list displays the files and groups currently known to the Agent for Open Files on the selected server. A file specification appears in this list if it is to be handled by the agent in a non-default way -- if a file does not appear in the list, the agent handles it using the default settings (see the General tab in the Configuration screen). Icons are shown against each file specification and group name:
Indicates this file specification is not part of a group.
Indicates a group of file specifications.
This indented icon indicates a file specification that is part of a group.
This is a special icon to enable a new file to be added. Select this before clicking the New File button to add a file that is not to be part of an existing group.
Each file specification consists of either a single file or a wildcard defining a range of files in a single directory. See New File for more information. Note that the order of occurrence of entries is important, particularly if wildcards are used, because this determines the order in which the Agent for Open Files performs its checks for eligibility for processing.
You can edit a group or file specification by double-clicking it or pressing Enter.
