Reason

An error code of <rc> was returned by the CMS FSREAD macro while processing an input file.

<num>: The sequential number of the record being read.
<fn ft fm>: The file ID of the file being read.
<ddname>: The ddname of an input file. You might have entered a CMS FILEDEF command for that ddname.
<rc>: The return code from the CMS FSREAD macro.

Action
