Running a Larger Synchronization
When running a larger synchronization, consider dividing it into smaller synchronizations. This reduces the amount of system resources required for the synchronization, makes it easier to schedule, and easier to restart in case of system outages.
Following are a few suggestions on how to divide a large synchronization:
- Synchronize only a subset of users for each run
- Synchronize each resource type in a separate run.
- Synchronize only a subset of a resource type for each run
