Control Statements for the PROCESS-SECTION
The control statements available for use in the PROCESS-SECTION are:
- The PROCESS-SECTION control statement identifies the start of the PROCESS-SECTION. This control statement is required.
- The WHEN control statement defines the test used to determine if the TMC or Audit record is to be processed by the ACTION control statement. Every WHEN control statement must be immediately followed by an ACTION control statement.
- The ACTION control statement (LIST or REJECT) defines the procedure to be followed if the TMC or Audit record has met the conditions specified by the previous WHEN control statement(s). An ACTION control statement terminates every WHEN control statement.
- The INCLUDE control statement allows the inclusion of control statements from a PDS member. This control statement is optional.
Note: You must specify at least one LIST statement in the PROCESS-SECTION for TMSGRW to select records.
Every ACTION statement (REJECT or LIST) must be preceded by a WHEN statement.
To break a WHEN statement and continue it on a subsequent line, the AND or OR must be the first word on the continued line.
