Use the TMSGRW generalized report writer to select TMC or Audit records and print reports in a customized format.
Record selection is based on your site-defined values, using relational expressions (such as less than, greater than, or equal to) or Boolean logic operating on input data set fields or your defined constants (literals).
CA 1 can be active, batch active, or inactive. CA Earl supersedes TMSGRW functions. Do all reporting with CA Earl.
The support for TMSGRW is continued. The current functionality of TMSGRW is stabilized while any new functionality is added to the CA Earl and/or CA Easytrieve interfaces to CA 1.
Note: When the audit file is in BLOCKSET mode, all time stamps in either the TMC or audit file are in GMT/UTC.
