DELETE Control Statement

The DELETE control statement tells CA 1 to mark specific TMC records as inactive or deleted while the new ranges are being formatted. Multiple DELETE control statements may be used. This control statement is optional.

The expression mmmmmmm-nnnnnnn cannot be split across two control statements. If more ranges are required than can fit on one control statement, specify additional DELETE control statements. See the control statement examples below for an illustration.

More than one range may be specified, and each range must be separated by a comma. The maximum number of ranges which may be specified is 300.

The format for the DELETE control statement is:

DELETE mmmmmmm-nnnnnnn,...,mmmmmmm-nnnnnnn
