User Exit

A user exit is available for tailoring TMSCYCLE processing. TMSXCYCL is invoked prior to the TMC update. The user exit is called only if the option UXCYCL is set to the name of the exit itself in the TMOOPTxx member of hlq.CTAPOPTN. The Retention Record is presented to the user exit. TMSXCYCL can continue processing, bypass the update, or modify the expiration date. For more information see the Programming Guide.
