Control Statement Specification
The control statement for TMSCONVR is SYSIN, which describes the TMINPUT or DEFAULTS data set and must be specified. The standards for this control statement are:
- All parameters for a keyword, except CLR and DATEFMT, must be specified.
- Each control statement must begin with a keyword in position 1.
- A keyword and its parameters must be contained on one statement.
- Maximum length of data on a control statement is 79 positions, followed by a delimiting blank.
- As many control statements as are needed may be used to describe the presence of acceptable input data.
- An asterisk (*) in position 1 indicates a comment statement.
- Any errors detected causes a U0006 abend.
- Keywords may not be specified more than once.
The table on Keywords and Their Use lists the valid keywords used on the SYSIN control statements and the ACTIVITY data set. The default values used if HEXZEROS are requested in the PARM list are also listed. Valid keywords for each type of output are indicated by an X beneath the format title. Abbreviations for keywords are enclosed in parentheses after the keyword.
