Parameter Definitions

There are no JCL execution parameters for TMSAUDEX.

JCL Considerations

AUDIT

Defines the CA 1 Audit data set to be processed. You may also specify previous versions of the Audit data set on either disk or tape. If this DD statement is omitted, the active Audit data set will be processed.

CPULIST

This DD defines the control statement input data set.

TMSRPT81

Defines the report output data set for the TMS REPORT-81. This DD statement is required.

Completion Codes

TMSAUDEX adheres to the standard CA 1 conventions for batch utilities, issuing user abends for problems common to most CA 1 utilities.

0

Program completed successfully.

8

One or more systems sharing the TMC is not at the maintenance level required by the TMSXTEND utility.

U0001

CA 1 is not active or the AUDIT DD statement does not point to an Audit data set.

U0002

TMSRPT81 DD statement is missing from the JCL.

U0006

Invalid data. This can be issued for invalid or incomplete control statements specified in the CPULIST DD as well as for invalid data found in the Audit file. In environments where the TMC is shared with VM:Tape a U0006 is generated if VM:Tape does not have the required level of maintenance applied. A blank CPU ID in the TMS REPORT-81 is indicative of VM:Tape being back level. With the required maintenance applied, VM:Tape will display a CPU ID that can be customized by the user and defined by VM:Tape.
