Installation of Siteminder Agent in GUI mode or console mode does not work; a pop-up message appears.

Possible Cause	Solution
Problem with the java VM or with loading the java VM.	Check for any messages that indicate an error occurred while loading the java VM. Set the PATH to java bin directory that comes with WebSphere. For example: C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\java\bin See Setting a PATH Variable to the JVM On UNIX Systems. Ensure that the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) patch for the JVM is installed.
