For this bookshelf, CA supports only Internet Explorer. If you are using a different browser, you may have trouble accessing the various links. This issue is especially prevalent to Firefox 3.5 users. To work around this issue when using Firefox, you must correct the links as follows:

  1. Click the link.

    The browser opens a blank page, indicating a broken link.

  2. In the URL address bar, change all backslashes "\" into forward slashes
    "/" and press Enter.

    The correct page should display.
