CA SDM installs web services for both primary and secondary servers. For web service clients to use a URL on a secondary server, you add a web engine to the secondary server.
Note: For information about adding and configuring web directors and web engines, see the Administration Guide.
By default, web services use the object manager named domsrvr of the primary server. To use any other object manager, set and install the webservice_domsrvr Options Manager option. You can install the object manager on a primary or a secondary server.
