Validate the Connector Server Installation
As a Tenant Administrator, validate the connector server installation.
Follow these steps:
- Login to the On-Premise Connector Server Console.
- Navigate to Connector Servers.
- Right-click the Cloud Connector Server, and then choose Modify Connector Server.
- Enter the Password: [tenantAdminPassword].
- Click Test Connection.
- Verify success, such as the connection was successful.
- Click Test Messaging.
- Verify success.such as the connection was successful and a message was sent.
- Click OK.
- Log in to the CA CloudMinder Console.
- Navigate to System, Manage Connector Server.
- Right-click on the [tenantId] Connector Server, and then choose View Status.
- Verify that the Connection is Active.
- Click Close.
