Validate the Connector Server Installation

As a Tenant Administrator, validate the connector server installation.

Follow these steps:

  1. Login to the On-Premise Connector Server Console.
  2. Navigate to Connector Servers.
  3. Right-click the Cloud Connector Server, and then choose Modify Connector Server.
  4. Enter the Password: [tenantAdminPassword].
  5. Click Test Connection.
  6. Verify success, such as the connection was successful.
  7. Click Test Messaging.
  8. Verify success.such as the connection was successful and a message was sent.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Log in to the CA CloudMinder Console.
  11. Navigate to System, Manage Connector Server.
  12. Right-click on the [tenantId] Connector Server, and then choose View Status.
  13. Verify that the Connection is Active.
  14. Click Close.
