Specify 11.5 or 11.6 to perform backward migration of the VSAM History File cluster or specify 11.6 to perform backward migration for the request queue file. Specify 11.6 to perform forward migration of an 11.5 VSAM History File cluster or request queue file to the new version 11.6 format.
