Reason:
The CA XCOM Data Transport IBM RACF security module has received return code xx yy from either a RACINIT or RACCHECK macro request. zzzzz will be INIT for RACINIT and CHECK for RACCHECK. The error was undocumented at the time the module was written. The transfer request is terminated and this message is sent to the session partner.
Action:
See the IBM documentation for a description of return codes which can be returned to a RACINIT or RACCHECK request, and take the appropriate action.
