Reason:
The schedule request over TCP/IP cannot be processed without the STCIP parameter.
Action:
Specify the STCIP parameter and retry the schedule request.
If you want to schedule over SNA instead of TCP/IP, use an XCOMDFLT with SNA set to YES.
