Reason:
The remote user initiated a CREATE file transfer request for a GDG data set that did not specify a positive generation number. Or, a member name was specified for a sequential data set. CA XCOM Data Transport will default to a sequential data set if directory space is not provided.
Action:
If you are creating a member for a PDS, you must specify REPLACE. If not, and the file is a GDG, you must specify a positive generation number for the CREATE request. If the file to be created is a PDS, you must specify SPACE, including the directory subparameter.
