The user is attempting to initiate a TYPE=EXECUTE file transfer, but the XCOMREST file has been defined incorrectly. The file transfer will be processed but no checkpoints will be taken and no restart is possible.

Action:

Define the XCOMREST file with the attributes defined in sample JCL member hlq.CBXGJCL(DEFQSAM).
