Reason:

CA XCOM Data Transport was processing an incoming ALLOCATE request, but found an error in byte xx of the request. The incoming ALLOCATE request will be terminated, and this message will be sent to the remote LU.

Action:

If this error persists, take a CA XCOM Data Transport trace and contact CA Technical Support.
