Reason:
VTAM returned an error on a GENCR macro instruction, which generated an NIB.
Action:
Ensure that the ACF/VTAM release level is at least Version 2. Check that there is adequate virtual storage. If this error persists, obtain a dump and contact CA Technical Support.
